A client need Included Health to uncover new opportunities for benefits adoptions by reaching underserved employee populations.

I identified high-impact segments, including Gen Z employees, and built tailored campaigns designed to drive awareness, engagement, and utilization among these groups.

These initiatives opened new pathways for client growth and positioned Included Health to better meet the evolving needs of a diverse workforce.

Once Gen Z was identified as a high-impact segment, I began building personas and collecting demographic-specific insights….

I then developed a key thesis around which to build the campaign. Once I had that, I had a hook around which to built the messaging framework.What followed was the member journey I built to highlight and execute key touch-points.
