To meet revenue goals, additional virtual care visits were needed through Doctor On Demand, a company Included Health owned. Therefore, more traffic to the website and engagement with the app were needed.

The solution.

Working with the web team, I identified high-intent keywords likely to convert members in active need of treatment. After creating a list of high-value keywords and evaluating priority according to seasonality and ROI, I build out a robust conditions-specific blog to convert readers into active patients.

The outcome.

These efforts helped grow non-branded web traffic by over 650% and organic web traffic by 183% and contributed to over 150,000 monthly visits and generated multimillion-dollar revenue growth.
