Following the merger of Grand Rounds, Doctor On Demand, and legacy Included Health, employees and employers alike faced confusion navigating their new healthcare ecosystem.

I partnered with senior leadership to establish a brand narrative and translate technical product offerings into clear, actionable communications.

Supporting hundreds of employers, including 33 of the Fortune 100 and national health plans, I developed a comprehensive verbal architecture, roll-out strategy, and messaging framework for all product lines and channels.

This work made the story of Included Health more accessible, resulting in a 4.9/5 satisfaction rating among members, adoption of a first-of-its-kind benefits platform by 100,000s, and achieving 75% engagement with high-cost claimants, a critical population for employer cost savings.
