Content Management
The problem.
With hundreds of clients, millions of members, and dozens of product packages, Included Health needed a content management system that not only stored assets but allowed for instantaneous customizations and updates.
It had to be user-friendly enough for both internal and external users to find the right assets for their unique product packages.
It also needed to be simple enough for the non-technical members of the creative team to be able to upload, deprecate, and maintain the library of assets.
The solution.
I rebuilt the existing platform to work like an eCommerce website, with dropdown menus, featured assets, and a searchable system of tagged marketing materials.
I also redefined the product process, building design templates connected to spreadsheets, which allowed for a single template to be populated with 50+ versions of copy. This also meant that only the spreadsheet needed to be updated.
While the system was much simpler than the original, further education and support was needed to grow use. I developed a roll-out plan to drive adoption of the system and supply users with educational materials for how and when to use the materials found on the system.
