Employee engagement
The problem.
Included Health needed a better way to connect with their employees and inform them of important updates, benefits changes, and company announcements. They also wanted to create more positivity amid a challenging year. There were already a number of existing internal communication channels, but leadership wanted something different and bolder.
Slackbot
Strategy
The solution identified was a Slackbot built into every employee’s messaging app. I created the yearly calendar of Slackbot messages to be deployed both a key moments (Open Enrollment, start of new health plan, etc.), as well as moments throughout the year to encourage engagement (back to school, mental health month, Black History month).
The outcome
The Slackbot idea was so well liked by like the team and promised such exciting results that it was soon making its way into the strategy for our clients.
